Purpose STATEMENT
The Office for Mission and the Pontifical Mission Societies of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati embraces the challenge of the baptismal commitment to Jesus Christ by participating in His mission, embodied in the Church, to call all people to holiness and to build unity and solidarity among all the peoples of the world.

Parishes and their members in both the archdiocese and abroad, Catholic schools, missionaries from the archdiocese and the Pontifical Mission Societies
WHAT WE DO
- Provide support to the Pontifical Mission Societies through the annual World Mission Sunday appeal and mission speakers through the Missionary Cooperation Plan.
- Develop mission awareness in parishes and schools.
- Enable parishioners to encounter Christ through short- and long-term missionary work and parish twinning.
- Provide spiritual and financial support for missionaries.
