More than anyone in the world, the Catholic Church teaches, feeds, and heals. In our local community, this happens through the Catholic Ministries Appeal.
This year’s theme is taken from Galatians 6:10b. It is, “Let us do good to all.”
The theme reflects on how much good is done by the ministries that are supported by this Appeal. Nearly every aspect of Catholic life is touched by these ministries- from evangelization, to ministry, to works of mercy, to priestly formation, and marriage preparation. They include:
- Seminary & Vocations
- Catholic Charities & Catholic Social Services
- Campus, Hospital, and Prison Ministries
- Retired Archdiocesan Priests & Senior Clergy
- New Evangelization
- St. Rita School for the Deaf
This year’s goal for the Appeal is $5 million.
