The Archives is the official repository of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and is charged with collecting, preserving and making available, as permitted by civil and canon law, the official records of the archdiocese and those ancillary records that reflect the work of the local Catholic Church. Records in the archives date from the founding of the archdiocese in 1821 to the present day.
Pastoral Center offices, pastors, parishes, individuals and qualified researchers doing scholarly work.
Please note: Researchers must schedule an appointment to visit the archives and discuss with the archivist his or her research prior to arrival.
Assist parishes and religious communities with records management issues.
Assist qualified researchers with scholarly research.
