Through a variety of programming and formation opportunities, the Center for New Evangelization (CNE) is engaged in ongoing efforts to keep us energized by the beauty, truth, and goodness of our faith and to equip us to share it with others.
We are pleased and humbled to announce that with the support of over 20,000 donors and counting, the 2022 Catholic Ministries Appeal has surpassed its $5,000,000 goal! From all of us in the Stewardship Department and on behalf of all the ministries supported by the CMA, we say “Thank You!”
As a longtime hospital chaplain, Anne Petratis is committed to meeting the spiritual needs of her patients and their families at the six medical facilities where she serves (Kettering, Grandview, Southview, Sycamore, Kettering Behavioral Health, and Soin hospitals, all in the Dayton area). The past two years of her ministry have been both challenging and rewarding as she and her colleagues in the health care profession have adjusted to the “new normal” brought on by COVID-19.
God is always with us, even behind bars, and the priests from the Archdiocese who are involved in prison ministry are committed to ensuring that the incarcerated know of His mercy, forgiveness, and love.
